How will you ship my order? 
We ship UPS Ground to the lower 48 states. (Please note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.) Our products are carefully packed and shipped fresh from our Concord bakery, but some breakage is always possible. Please let us know if you are ever dissatisfied with your order.
How long does shipping take?
We estimate that your order will arrive in 5-7 business days. Shipping times can be longer due to the carrier, the destination and the season. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
How do I track my shipment?
We will send you a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
What are your shipping rates?

How do I ship to multiple addresses?
If you're planning to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address — or give us a call at (704) 785-4443 and we'll help coordinate!
May I pick up my order?
Local to Concord? We'd love to see you. Order by phone at (704) 785-4443 and schedule a time to stop by. Please note, we require a two-day lead time on local pick up orders, but some orders may take longer than two days to fill.
How do I send a special request with my order?

Do you take special orders?
If you're planning a special event, need a large order or are looking for a corporate gift, we offer quantity discounts. We've been selected by the Charlotte Hornets, NASCAR and NFL Monday Night Football for their VIP gift baskets, and we are proud to be a staple at many Southern weddings. After all, there's even a saying in the South: "If you didn't serve cheese straws at your wedding you might not be legally married."
